FAILURE : Error while saving the Technician Details
Hi Forum,
if we try to alter the roles of one technician the following error message is displayed:
FAILURE : Error while saving the Technician Details. Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1.143.556.807.981
Our ServiceDesk runs on Windows2003. Could anyone provide me some support?
