Failed to extract archived files : CS6MAsterCollection_Install.pkg.zip when deploying to Mac.

Failed to extract archived files : CS6MAsterCollection_Install.pkg.zip when deploying to Mac.

Received the above error when trying to deploy Adobe CS6 to mac computers. I already customized the CS6 and make it a zip file but somehow cannot extract when deploying. Any suggestions?
