"Failed to establish connection with web server. Gracefully shutting down Applications Manager."
I updated to build 11500. I get the error "Failed to establish connection with web server. Gracefully shutting down Applications Manager." after all services start. All services then shut down. I uninstalled the update but the issue remains. Now I cannot use Appmanager at all - and our production systems are unmonitored. These kinds of issues are completely unacceptable in and app that we are paying for - this is probably the fifth issue I've had in less than a year. Please advise ASAP on how to remedy this issue.
