Failed to establish connection with web server...

Hi,

at the moment we are evaluating OpManager6 premium + SDplus.
Everything went fine for the last 3 weeks, but suddenly (yesterday evening) following error occured:
We were not able to open the web interface of OpManager. After some investigations it seems there is a problem with the built-in webserver. The Apache Server was not running anmore.
After the service being restarted by hand it went down immideatly without any error messages or eventlog entries.

Now we tried to start the server again with the provided batch file "StartOpManagerServer.bat" with following error message:
Failed to establish connection with web server. Gracefully shutting down OpManager.


There wasn't any change in configuration since a few days.
We are using a Win2k3 (SP1) Server with MS SQL.
