FAILED START SERVICEDESK
I have installed ManageEngine ServiceDesk, but service is not starting...
in event viewer I have new error record like this:
event ID 7034

The ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).)
1. OS is: Windows Server 2008 R2
2. Base server is: Microsoft SQL Server 2008
any ideas? why service couldn't starting?
