Failed Hotfix update

Failed Hotfix update

I tried to apply 7015 to our 7009 installation, the update failed so I tried to uninstall the hotfix, this would not work either.

I had to uninstall and reintstall ServiceDesk Plus ver 7009.

Now I am ready to install 7015 again but the software shows this in the upgrade manager as being installed even though it is not.

Anybody know how I get round this one? Shall I just wait and install 7016?
