Fail to login to service desk
Dear all
There is a problem that I have.
I have Imported all my users from Active Directory in to the service desk and all the clients are working with it.
But sometimes an error occurs while they are trying to login to service desk. it gives an error message which is "Username and Password is Invalid"
I am sure about the correct user name and password,and they can login with those user and pass in different computers which are joined to the domain.
Sometime I have to Manually Import users from active directory and it starts working fine but after a few days it happens again.
And one other problem i have relating to the problem that I mentioned. There is a User that for example In ten times that I try to login with his user/pass through service desk one time it works fine and the other 9 times it fails.Also I tried to delete the user and import it again,and even I changed his password through service desk with the same password that he had but same flow happens again,one time works one time fails!!
I really confused,Could you please guide me what should I do ?
