Extremely slow dashboard view
We have been running Netflow Analyzer for a while and we have found that sometimes the All Devices-Dashboard view is extremely slow to appear. Sometimes taking up to 5 minutes. Generating reports and all other screens appear fairly fast. This only appears to happen sometimes and it only ever affects the Dashboard screen. When this happens we check the server and the CPU utilization is never above 25 percent and there is no high traffic on our network.
We have about 100 devices in our list and the software is running on a dual PIII 800 with 512MB of RAM and about 265MB available.
