Extreme Networks - No performance monitors

We have the following extreme networks equipment. Black Diamond 6808, Summit 400 and summit 450. All set to Vendor = Extreme, Category = Switch, Type = Extreme. When I look into the Monitors all I get is
Drop Events Statistics SNMP Monitors the statistics of drop events
Jabber Packets SNMP Monitors the Jabber packets
Number of Fragments SNMP Monitors the number of fragments
Oversize Packets SNMP Monitors the oversize packets
Packets Received SNMP Monitors the interfaces packets received
Packets to BC Address SNMP Monitors the packets to BC Address
Packets to MC Address SNMP Monitors the packets to MC Address
Total No. of Collisions SNMP Monitors the interfaces to find total number of collisions
Total No. of Octets SNMP Monitors the interfaces statistics in octet
Undersize Packets SNMP Monitors the undersize packets

No CPU, Memory, Backplane etc etc etc

Please can you advise how I can implement these monitors
