I need some help in creating meaningfull and statistical reports from ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus - MSP 9.0 Build 9004 (Database: mssql)
I need to be able to create reports for the following:
1- Response and Completion time of the ticket per Support Group and technician (monthly and another one quarterly) in %
For example I want to see a table that shows each technician response and ticket along with the completion time of the ticket VS its SLA time
I also want to see a summary of that technician in % that shows let’s say 90% of his tickets are being close according to the SLA and only 10% are being violated over its due time.
I also want to see a summary of each Support Group in % that shows let’s say 90% of that Support Group tickets are being close according to the SLA and only 10% are being violated over its due time.
2- Over Due Tickets per Support Group (Daily)
I want the following columns : Request ID Requester Priority Category Subject Technician Created Time DueBy Time Time Elapsed Completed Time Last Update Time ReOpened
Can it include the sum of over due tickets as well in the report. For example it shows in the end of the report the total number of due tickets are 10.
3- Over Due Tickets per Technician (Daily)
Please let us know what all columns you want in the report, we can frame a query report accordingly. Also, let us know what database you are using.
