i need to extract some requests from Supportcenter.

One solution is to do a report and extract by .xls

But i have a problem, "description" seems to be shorten with "...".

Exemple :

in the last request shown there is a picture and so only "..."

Is there a way to workaround this problem ? Or another Solution ?


I need it to extract from SupportCenterPlus (v8.1.0) and import it in a new ServiceDesk+ server.
