Extra lines problem again - I'm the only one, surely?

Hi Support,

I'm sure i have had this discussion with you before and, after a company meeting my Managing Director wants to make sure we get the best use out of the functionality of SupportCenter.

We aren't getting this at the moment as we use SC to assign ourselves calls and then reply from Outlook as we can insert pictures, do email formatting the way we require as SC isn't good at this, and then CC the email back into SC

The problem with this is we can't record against SLA's as an outgoing message to the customer get seen by SC as incoming, which isn't surprising the way we are using it.

My MD wanted to know why we don't use the reply function from SC, I listed the following.

It looses pictures in replies,
You can't paste pictures into emails,
The spell check is next to useless,
And the most irritating of all is when you press enter when you have finished a line and it shows as two lines in the page, and it adds another every time. and this is why.

If I press SHIFT and enter the line drops and gets reproduced as expected

Please see attached pictures and attached html source and take another look at this.

I'm using Outlook and Internet Explorer and have tried Firefox and it's the same.

I have been though this with your support guys in the past on forum post http://forums.manageengine.com/forumHome.do?forumGroupId=49000000002007&forumTopicId=49000002684381 see this for further details please.

If I can't get this to work, as I'm sure you can understand this is pretty critical, my MD has asked that I investigate other products.

If you have the same issue please could you reply to this as I can't believe I am the only one to experience this, even if it's just to say me too!!

SC please get back to me as soon as you can as my MD expects me to update him by the end of the second week in Jan on your progress,
