external clear of OPManager alerts

Iam new here.
I hope my question is not already in the forum. If yes, i couldnt find it.
I am currently working with OPManager 7 with SQL Server. OPManager is connected with a tool that retrieves OPM alerts from the Alert table through a sql query (select id, severity, createtime, modtime, mmessage, source, who from OpManager.Alert). This is working well.
My question is the following: I need to be able to do the same action as 'clear' but by program. It can be a set of sql queries or the execution of a script ? The result must be the same as a user clearing an alert from the web console of OPManager. Do you know how to do this ?
