Export to Excel
Hi,
I wanted to export the list of Statuses from within the Helpdesk Customizer, but this just throws me an error in Excel. Is there a way that I could build a report and then export the list from there?
I will admit that I am new to SDP, although I have lots of experience with other toolsets.
