Export ServiceDesk Plus data to Excel
Hi,
We are using ServiceDesk Plus Build 8205 and want to upgrade it to the latest.
As you know the direct upgrade path is not available, Is there any way that we can export the data from current build to excel or any other format and upgrade the current build and import the data.
