Export Passwords
I seem to be at a lost as to how to export passwords (needed for as a backup for escrow) from the system.
My situation is that:
- My account is an Administrator
- My account Export Settings has Encrypted HTML checked
- Under Admin\Customize\Export Password - Offline Access, I have:
- 'Allow administrators and users to export password information to plain-text spread-sheet (.xls)" Checked
- "Allow administrators and users to export passwords to encrypted HTML file" Checked
Chose Tabs where Password Export Options are enabled (All Checked)
However, all of the export options still appear to be disabled. When I select Links and attempt to click on the menu option, it state "User does not have permission to export resources".
What am I doing wrong?
