Some customers are demanding a real-time dashboard with typical kpi as live critical requests, requests per category, type, etc...

Analytics Plus covers the presentation, but updates once per hour

Giving the customer a technician user to see one dashboard is a non desirable option

We've successfully created some dashboards in powerbi, which can reduce the analytics update times, but the concep is the same as Analytics

Do you have some recommendation to achieve this?
