Expired trial, licence installation
We installed the 30 day trial 30 days ago and have just purchased and received a licence.
It would appear that I was just a bit too late in installing the licence as ServiceDesk has appeared to just stop, ie the page just does not display.
So does the 30 day trial just stop working after the 30 days, and if so can I install the licence some way so that the modifications and data already input are not lost?
