Expiration Notification to Wrong user

Hello, we have Expiration Notification service setup monitoring two domains.  In each domain we two separate users / UPNs / email addresses but both have the same SAM account name.

I.E.
Kids\simpsonm = maggie.simpson@kids.int
Adults\simpsonm - marge.simpson@adults.int

Using this example, Marge is receiving Maggie's emails that Maggie's password is expiring.  However the dynamic text in the email states "Dear Maggie", also the TO: field in the email is to maggie.simpson@kids.int.   I have 2x checked and I do not believe this is a SMTP / Mail server issue.  I am waiting for the message header to confirm WHAT SMTP address it was actually sent.

We have one scan / notification job setup for both domains.  Is it possible that the data is indexing the SAMacocunt name and is getting mixed up with it's DB query?
