Expiration Notification to Wrong user
Hello, we have Expiration Notification service setup monitoring two domains. In each domain we two separate users / UPNs / email addresses but both have the same SAM account name.
I.E.
Using this example, Marge is receiving Maggie's emails that Maggie's password is expiring. However the dynamic text in the email states "Dear Maggie", also the TO: field in the email is to
maggie.simpson@kids.int.
I have 2x checked and I do not believe this is a SMTP / Mail server issue. I am waiting for the message header to confirm WHAT SMTP address it was actually sent.
We have one scan / notification job setup for both domains. Is it possible that the data is indexing the SAMacocunt name and is getting mixed up with it's DB query?
