After over a decade with onprem SD+ our org is leaning towards migrating to the Cloud version. Main benefits are better integration with Azure, Teams, and Viva. Internal driver is that we have migrated most of our infrastructure to the cloud and no longer require VPN access -- SD+ being the last app that still requires its' use. 

I've been the admin for the majority of these years and I'm fully aware of the releases promises, half baked features, patch headaches, and a stale roadmap. 

Wondering what the experience has been like for the Cloud version. Are new features beneficial and released on a better cadence than onprem? What has the integration been like with other services?
