Hi,  Could you please explain on how I could expand on the Ageing Report for in Progress?

I would like the following.

Technician Name:  Tech 1

0 – 30 days (2 Tickets)

Ticket 1

 

31-45 days (4 Tickets)

Ticket 1

Ticket 2

Ticket 3

Ticket 4

We are using SDP version 12.0 Build 12007 and Advanced Analytics version 5.0.5 Build Number: 5050
