Is there a way, presumably through Page Scripts, to fully expand or set a desired height for a multi-line field when viewing a request?

I'm building a new form and I have 4 Multi-line fields that have a lot of summary information that is needed at a glance. When you edit the ticket you can see all the info, but when just viewing the ticket it truncates the fields and gives the "show more" option.

I'd much rather all data be viewable without having to click on anything. Especially when some of the data between two or more fields might need to be compared.
