Exclude OneDrive, Exchange & SharePoint in Cloud config

I just added an Azure tenant in the Cloud add-in. However, I do not want to audit OneDrive, Exchange and SharePoint. Is there is a way I can exclude them? I considered removing the ActivityFeed.Read permission on the app registration but I also don't want errors when fetching data.
