Exchange section - last polled value = N/A

From an earlier post:

"Apparently the issue was, the hostname of this server wasn't in the host file, and OpManager was starting up using the name localhost. This worked ok for discovery, but apparently polling wanted the real name.

I have installed the probes onto a couple customer sites and they show as Exchange Server health = OK, but I am getting a number of N/A on the main Exchange dashboard in OM where there ought to be data (i.e. SMTP in) and no poll results where I would expect them in the monitor sections.

On our own SBS 2003 server all seems fine and the figures are showing. The difference might be that in house we have a PC running the probe and at the clients the probe is installed on their SB2003 server?

I modified the hosts file on the remote probe servers to include the server name pointing at 127.0.0.1, is this correct in the light of that earlier post?
