Below are the new features, enhancements and bug fix included in 5030.

New Features: Room Mailbox Reports  - Two new reports have been added under this category. Room Mailbox Usage   : This feature shows the usage of rooms as well as availability or occupancy status (free/busy) of Rooms in the organization. Number of Bookings by User  : This report displays the total number of bookings made by specific users in an organization. Office 365 Reports  - Three new reports have been developed under Office 365 Mailbox Reports, Hidden Mailboxes : This displays all Office 365 mailboxes that are hidden from Exchange address lists. Mailbox with Delegates : This identifies and shows all Office 365 mailboxes that have delegates. Mailbox with Forward To : This report lists down all Office 365 mailboxes with their corresponding forwarding addresses (if any). Public Folder Reports  – A new category of reports called ‘Permission Reports’ has been developed under this feature which consists of the following two reports: Public Folder Administrative Permissions : This report displays all the administrative permissions that are granted for Public Folders. Public Folder Client Permissions : This report displays all the permissions that are assigned to users for accessing Public Folders. Enhancements: Performance enhancements have been done in reports relating to mailbox content gathering. Bug Fixes: SQL vulnerability fix. Fix for Mailbox Size reports graph issue. Vulnerability issue fix for product database access using the web browser; due credits to Beyond Security for reporting it.
