Exchange monitors not working but other WMI are
Hi.
We have a problem with our MSP server, in that the last two customer probes we've added and installed on their networks, have a dedicated domain admin account to log on as, but the exchange section only shows used disk space, it doesn't show all the other information such as message delivery etc.
We have several other customer servers that show all exchange monitors properly, but the last few don't have any last polled values.
WMI is working for all other areas such as active directory and WMI disk space monitors etc.
SNMP and WMI are both installed on the relevant servers the same as we have done with all other servers, a dedicated domain admin account is created on all customers networks exactly the same specifically for use by OpManager monitoring, and is specified on the device snapshot page, all other WMI monitors are working except exchange on only the last two exchange servers.
We currently have 12 probes and are just purchasing another 5 now which will all include exchange servers, then there will be many more in subsequent months, so it's important to have this resolved.
Any ideas?
