Exchange and AD monitoring

Hi,

My testing on the Opmanager for the company is on the final stage.

Now I have two problems:

1. On the Exchange monitoring of my exchange 2003 server, I have a problem on monitoring the important information like the SMTP, pop3, IMAP In/out connections. Please refer to my attached file (Exchange.jpg) for reference. Please advise how can I monitor these data? I had put the correct admin username and password into Opmanager.

2. Also on the AD monitoring, it seems that I can't monitor the information on the AD (pls also refer to my attachment AD.jpg). Please advise how can I correct this problem.

Moreover, does Opmanager able to send SMS to my mobile phone for notification alert (requires any additonal devices)?
