We are having MS Exchange 2007 with SP2 (Version 8.2 build 176.2) running on Windows Server 2003 R2 64bit in our environment. We are using ManageEngine Applications Manager 9 to monitor this server.

 

The issue is I am not able to capture any information about the Exchange server. Everything is showing as NA. I ran the command "wmiadap /f" couple of times on the Exchange server but still no luck.

 

Please advise how I can gather the information of Exchange server.
