Exchange 2007 - Setting up Exchange Mail Store Monitors ??
Hi,
We are evaluating Opmanager 7, SP1 and are having some element of trouble configuring our Exchange 2007 servers to provide Exchange monitoring data. I
should say, we are using Exchange 2007 in a clustered environment, I do not know if this makes a difference.
After selecting Exchange Store monitors and hitting add, it asks for exchange server's information store details. We try entering all manner of data, and it is
not accepted. Mind you, we have over 10 storage groups. I am not clear, is this entry looking for an absolute path? We don't have anyy stores called priv1.edb or pub1.edb. Even my Exchange administrator is perplexed about what the dialog box is asking for. The only thing I see is structures that look like sg1-db/sg1-db.edb but when I enter them, the dialog box clears my entries and restarts blank.
Any ideas?
