Exception while trying to send notification to the request.
I am using SD build 7008. I looked under System Log Viewer and saw lots of "Exception while trying to send notification to the request, module Helpdesk" error message.
The message doesn't say what request caused the problem. And I didn't see any major problems in SD. Requesters and technician get notifications as expected.
Does anyone have any ideas?
