Exception while loading MIB for Cisco MDS 9000

I am trying to import a Cisco MIB (CISCO-SYSTEM-EXT-MIB) into OpManager and I am getting an error:

Error parsing MIB:CISCO-SYSTEM-EXT-MIB.my
Exception while loading MIB:IMPORTS failed: Could not find the file : D:/Apps/OPMANA~1/./mibs/CISCO-TC

I am attaching the MIB in question.
