Exception in savePolledData api setting monitors/interfaces

I believe I have seen a similar post on this. I wanted to confirm the error on my installation. I am trying to set monitors on my local host. The discover interface responds correctly with "Interfaces added successfully." Then a few seconds later gives the notice "No interfaces are there for this device." When I try to set monitors the response is no monitors are set and I see a "Exception occurred in savePolledData ap" error.

On other hosts it replies as being discovered and then disappears in a few seconds giving the notice "No interfaces are there for this device. " I did manage to set four monitors. CPU, MEM, DISK Utilization and process count. but it shows " No interfaces are there for this device." I tried adding more monitors but get the INFO exception"Exception occured in savePolledData api". I have done a repair database using input from another post with no change. Thanks for listening.
