We have just moved our DTC server and reinstalled from scratch with a fresh database and everything seems to working fine apart from uninstalling packages. Everything i push out to install installs fine which is great. The problem is whenever i run an uninstall on a package i installed through DTC it starts the process and then ends up with retry in progress. When i check the machine i have asked to uninstall the package from the application is not listed in the add remove programs. Some of the errors that are coming up are 'Not enough storage to process the command' which is very odd because nothing has changed in our environment client wise and it all worked fine before. Some errors show as unknown error codes as well.

Any ideas to why I am constantly getting retry in progress on uninstalls? Not sure what logs to look at.
