Ever a solution to 1:1 category:technician assignments?
A week or two ago, I mentioned that for all the categories we have, we need to be able to assign something from a category to more than 1 tech.
right now, if you look at categories, you can only assign 1 tech per category.
Was there ever a solution proposed for being able to assign it to a queue, where many technicians could get the mail on it?
