Eventlog Stops collecting data from some servers

Eventlog Stops collecting data from some servers

Since yesterday my server is not collecting data from 2 servers, i already have restarted the services and rebooted the eventlog server but still doesn�t collect. If i use the "Scan Now" link, it works fine.

How can i fix this issue and have all servers data collected?
