Eventlog Analyzer won't start

Eventlog Analyzer won't start

I can't get Eventlog analyzer to start again. It starts fine upon reboot, then stops and will not restart. The dos window scrolls too fast for me to capture errors but I can see something about "in use by another program".

Please let me know how I can fix this.
