We are very happy to announce that EventLog Analyzer 4 Service Pack 1 (Build 4010) is released.

This Service Pack can be applied over build number 4002 or above versions. Users, who are using build number 4000 or 4001, kindly contact us through support@eventloganalyzer.com
Same Service Pack can be applied for both Windows and Linux.
New features and bug fixes are listed below.
New Features and Enhancements
* A drastic improvement in performance for Event Report, Compliance Report and Custom Report generation.
* Home page graphs and host tables get loaded fast.
* UDP Port 514 has been included as the default Syslog Listener Port of EventLog Analyzer, in addition to port 513.
* Provision to Edit alert profiles has been included in the Alert Profile Details page.
* Event ID based filter criteria has been included while creating New Alert Profiles and New Custom Reports.
* Compliance reports will include reports for Network Logon (mentioned under Successful User Logon reports), User Group Changes, Successful User Account Validation at the domain controller level, and Failed User Account Validation at the domain controller level.
* Provision for providing 'Sender Address' has been included in Mail Server Settings page.
* Newly added 'All Hosts' tab in the EventLog Analyzer home page will provide a complete list of all the configured hosts of EventLog Analyzer.
* Analysis of syslog-ng supported.
* Support for analysis of IBM-AIX syslogs.
Bug Fixes
* DB growth due to older log data not being automatically deleted beyond the mentioned DB Storage option period, has been fixed.
* Alert mail notification delivery failure faced in Microsoft Exchange mail server, has been fixed.
* Multiple alert profiles getting added while creating a compliance alert, has been fixed.
* A check for empty 'Alert Profile Name' has been introduced when creating a new alert profile.
* Issues regarding creation of host groups with empty hosts list, and hosts getting listed for host groups with empty host group names, has been fixed.
* Directory Service, DNS Server, and File Replication Service event log type were not getting listed in the reports, has been fixed.
* The minimum monitor interval was incorrectly mentioned as 5 minutes, instead of 10 minutes, in Edit Host Details page.
* Alignment issues in PDF reports fixed.
* Issues faced with log collection getting stopped if log size is more than 2 MB, has been fixed.
* Issue with log collection getting stopped in the long run and host being moved to Other Hosts, has been fixed.
* Issue with the user needing to execute startDB.bat twice to start the MySQL server, has been fixed.
* Log collection taking long time for users belonging to advanced time-zones like Australia, South-East Asia during product start-up, have been fixed.
* Issue while adding Unix hosts with full qualified domain names has been fixed.
* In the individual 'Alert Details' page, the Host Name was shown instead of the Alert Profile Name.
* In 'Mail Server Settings' page, issues faced while providing fully qualified outgoing (mail) server name, has been fixed.
