Hi Romanus,

 

When we installed the agent to 4 new HP Desktop computers we get the below error in the event log. This does not seem to be happening on any other computers.

 

EventID=7011

Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction response from the ManageEngine Desktop Central 6 - Agent service.
