Event rule to device association table?

I've browsed the forums and I was looking for a way to make an event rule apply for more than one server. I was hoping to see it in OpManager 8 since it seems to have been an issue going back a few years, but from the looks of it, the event rule area looks the same. Seeing that I have 300 servers it seems a bit ridiculous for me to go server by server over 300 server every time I need to ignore a new event.

I was hoping to find an obvious answer by looking through the tables (like eventlogrule or eventlogrule list) where I could find my new rule associated the device I just associated it to, but I'm just not seeing it. (I'd like to take than and create a script against the db for each device that I need to ignore that rule.) Does anyone know where this might be hiding? I figured with 1200+ tables to look through it might be quicker to ask at this point. Any help with this would be appreciated.
