EVENT PROCESSING STOPPED
hello,
we have the Opmanager 11500 and we are receiving the alarm:
EVENT PROCESSING STOPPED. Event Generation from device PGN-MONITOR with entity PGN-MONITOR_event_flood has been stopped due to the unusual number of events within one hour [more than 1000 events]. This event generation will resume from 02-Feb-2016 10:48:05 opmanager time. For details go to http://help.opmanager.com/#stopping-event-flood
we have visited that url, but we cant find the parameter
'EVENT_FLOOD_SEVERITY Critical', in our serverparameters.conf. we have installed the software in:
C:\ManageEngine\OpManager\conf.
what can we do?
