Event log rules is neither generating alarm nor sending mail

Event log rules is neither generating alarm nor sending mail

hi,
 
i wanted to get notify whenever there is "error" or "warning" or "information" log in event viewer.for ex: whenever i log-off and log on my desktop . event viewer generating an log in application logs with EventID :4101 .so , i added a new rule in eventlogrules >application>add newrule. and then i went to my desktop device page Actions>eventlog rules i selected the new rule .and i changed in notification profile also.


when i logoff and log in , the log is generating in event viewer but there is no alarm or mail .
  

i beginner so please help me . what am i doing wrong ?
