Event Log Rules - exclusions
Is there any way to configure exclusion event log rules?
We are monitoring the system and application logs for any errors and warning, which is very useful but it also generates alarms for events that can be ignored.
Instead of configuring rules to generate alarms for event's I'd like to see, it would be much easier to configure rules to ignore event's we can ignore.
A couple of examples are:
When logging into a server via RDP, the server logs errors that it can't install the printer drivers from the client PC
Exchange 2003 deleting old logs files
There are many more.
