Event Log Rules - Add Rule

I added a new Event Log Rule for:

Source: IAS
Category: None
Event ID: 1
Type: Information
User: N/A

Severity as: Attention

I applied the rule to our IAS server and generated the event, but OpManager did not report or alert when the Event was generated.

What did I do wrong?
