Event Log Rule - Alarms

We created an Event Log Rule monitor on a server. An alarm was triggered and I was sent an email but nothing appears in the Alarms view. And since there is no way to clear the alarm I get an email alert ever 15 minutes.

This is what I see;
Currently there are no open alarms for the Device

How do I clear the Alarm?
