We are evaluating SDP online for numerous reasons. We have a few questions and a simple request:

1. The 'free' version is really free? I mean: suppose i implement 5 technicians. Over time this surely will generate some storage on you side, not to mention the resources needed to keep this online all the time, etc... I'd rather pay for it, even for the free version
   
   
2. We do not need Project Management nor do we need Asset Management. What we could use though, is contract management. We are however not going to go to the paid version because we absolutely want to keep this as minimal as possible (not in terms of costs, but in terms of usability). 
   
   So basically: not possible to include Contract Management alone i presume.
   
   
3. And at last, but really important: we tried adding in some field, but there's no Hyperlink field. Is that correct?
   
   Unfortunately this simple feature alone would stop us from using the product if it cannot be included.
