We have been running with AppMan for a few months.

I recently deployed a number of EUM monitors and created scripts.

These worked perfectly, but then the machine that they were deployed to crashed and needed replacing.

I have replaced the PC and redeployed the agents. The agents are showing as running in AppMan and I have assigned the scripts to them.

However, I have not had any data back. I have tested the service as per the normal procedures sent by ManageEngine (Starting the service in non service mode etc) and it still does not poll.

More often than not it wont attempt to poll either saying that the next poll is a time hours in the past!

This is becoming increasingly frustrating as I want to be able to report on the EUM for our users.

Please can someone shed some light on this issue?
