ESX Virtual Machines
Hi All,
I wanted to monitor a windows service of a Vmware Virtual Machine. I have completed this task for quick a few physical windows machines which all work fine.
However, I don't seem to get any SNMP information from the system nor can it access the windows services on the virtualised server. I doesn't detect the OS or anything. I have install SNMP on the virtualised windows system.
I'm not sure how this is supposed to work with opmanager. Can opmanager monitor the individual virtualised machines, the same as normal physical systems AND now with v7sp1 also manage the esx server with information regarding each virtual machine.
If it can monitor individual virtualised hosts then how do you set this up?
