ESX Server VMware CPU Utilization is over 1000%

ESX Server VMware CPU Utilization is over 1000%

I have a VMware ESX server that is being monitored in Opmanager and I just added the monitors for CPU Utilization and it is showing that two of the machines are using over 1000%! One is listed as 3192% and the other is at 39246%.
Is there something that I am doing incorrectly?
