ESU Subscription not recognized

ESU Subscription not recognized

Just pushed updates to some 2012 R2 servers that are subscribed to ESU through Arc.  The updates rolled back and the error was the servers are not licensed for ESU updates.  I confirmed they're connected to Ark and reporting as licensed.  what should we do?
