Hi All,

We are looking to do a soft launch of ESM, we have 3 instances (IT, Finance, Payroll).

We want to be able to deploy the Finance and Payroll instances internally to the support teams, but not show these to the Requester until we are ready.

When I've tested it, even if there are no forms setup for Requestor in the Payroll instance, this still shows to the customer when they log in.  I've set the Default Landing page to IT but they can still navigate to Finance and Payroll if they go looking, and log an issue an the default form.

Is there anything we can do to stop Finance and Payroll being visible to the Requester after Instances are set to Production?
